Randall acted as General Contractor on this multilevel home in Barrington, Illinois. Randall and his team oversaw all the sub-contractors on the project, and handled all of the framing, rough and finish carpentry, insulation, siding, window installation, door installation, and roofing themselves.
Randall acted as General Contractor and built this gorgeous A-Frame cottage in the woods of Wisconsin. Handling all the aspects of building a custom house is no easy task, and Randall handled it beautifully.
In this project, Randall was tasked with the rebuilding of a very small basement bathroom remodel in Chicago. The job required the management of a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician, along with framing, insulating, dry walling, tiling, and finish door and trim carpentry.
In the project, Randall was hired to do the framing and rough carpentry for a huge, two story home addition in Skokie, Illinois. In addition to the building of the foundation of the project, Randall and his team also installed windows and doors; insulation; siding, soffits and gutter; and the roofing.
Over the years, Randall has built many garages, in urban, and suburban areas. These projects usually involve construction management, organizing other contractors including those who pour concrete, and licensed electricians. Randy and his team take care of all framing, siding, window and door installation, roofing, and garage door installation.
In this project, Randall was tasked in building a custom mantle for a fireplace. The mantle was built with Oak hardwoods and trim, and inlaid with hand made tiles provided by the homeowner.
In this project, Randall was tasked with the removal of an exterior porch and staircase, and the rebuilding of a modern, enclosed version. The finished version featured a well insulated, vinyl siding enclosure that included 12 large windows to allow light through into the apartments.
